Which forms can I fill out? Fillable PDF forms with interactive fields, flat PDF forms (with lines and boxes to tick), Word documents (.docx), and Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx).
Do I need a scanner? No. AI recognizes text in photos and scans, so your phone camera is enough. Existing files work too: PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, and text, up to 10 files per form.
What if AI makes a mistake? The completed form opens right in the app, with your documents on the next tab for checking. Review the document before you submit it: AI is fast, but you have the final say.
What happens to my documents? The app sends only the files you choose. Source files are deleted from the server right after processing; the completed document is deleted after 14 days. The server and database are in the EU.
How do I sign in, and which languages are supported? Sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email, no passwords. The app is available in 11 languages and switches to your phone’s language automatically.
Is there an iPhone version? For now, the app is Android only. On a computer, the same forms can be filled in the browser with <a href="/docs">FormGoat Docs</a>.
