Pricing FAQ
What counts as one form fill? Any form action: a web form filled via the Chrome extension, a PDF via PDF Goat, or DS-160 via the desktop app. All three products draw from the same monthly balance. A fill is charged when document analysis starts.
Does my balance roll over to next month? No. Unused fills reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more in a given month, upgrade your plan — the extra quota takes effect immediately.
What happens when I run out of fills? FormGoat stops filling forms until your balance resets at the start of the next billing period, or until you upgrade. You're never charged automatically beyond your plan.
Is one subscription enough for Chrome, PDF Goat, and DS-160? Yes. One FormGoat account covers all three products. The monthly balance is shared — it doesn't matter which product you use it with.
How is DS-160 counted specifically? Each DS-160 application for which documents have been uploaded for analysis costs one "action". Bulk-importing applications from Excel/CSV does not count as actions until analysis is started — it must be triggered individually for each application when beginning to fill the form.
Can multiple team members share a Business balance? Not automatically. There is no built-in team management yet: one subscription serves one account. For agencies we arrange team terms individually — write to [email protected].
