Does it work with scans? Yes. Scans, photos and mixed-language documents are recognised before the data is extracted.
Can I fill a flat PDF? Yes. AcroForm works best — its fields are machine-readable. In a flat PDF the text is laid onto the places we find, including forms laid out as a Word table, where there are no printed lines at all and the answer goes into an empty box.
What about Word and Excel? Both. A DOCX is filled and shown in the right-hand column as a document, not as text. An XLSX is filled by cell address, and the workbook is read whole — every sheet, not just the first.
How do I know a value is right? Every value is labelled with the file and the page it came from, and the line itself is quoted. If a value looks suspicious — a date landing in a field that expects no dates, say — it is flagged "to check" and is not hidden among the rest.
What languages does it understand? Documents in English, Russian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and more. The AI matches by meaning.
