Terms of Service

By installing and using the FormGoat.AI Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. FormGoat.AI is a system consisting of two parts: a Chrome browser extension and a web service that processes your data. This service operates under European Union legislation.

When using FormGoat.AI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must review all data in forms after automatic filling. The service assists in form filling but does not guarantee accuracy.
• You use this service at your own risk. FormGoat.AI is not responsible for any consequences of using automatically filled data.
• We are not liable for any form corruption, data loss, or any other damages that may occur while using our service.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Prohibited Uses:

• You may not use FormGoat.AI for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Fraud or attempted fraud
  • Document forgery
  • Identity theft
  • Submission of false information to any organization
• Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and service access.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Refund Policy:

• For one-time purchases: Refunds are only available if you haven't started using the package (haven't processed any documents or filled any forms).
• For subscriptions:
  • First billing period: You can request a refund if you haven't used any services.
  • Subsequent billing periods: Refunds are possible within 3 days of the new billing period starting, provided you haven't used any services in that period.
  • No refunds will be issued if any services have been used during the current billing period.
• All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with your order details.

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Price changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
• Usage of any service features during a billing period constitutes acceptance of the charges for that period.

Privacy Policy

Data Storage and Processing:

• Documents and form data you upload are stored on our servers for 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Data retention may be extended beyond 7 days if required by law or law enforcement requests.
• Your data is processed using OpenAI's services to enable automatic form filling. By using FormGoat.AI, you consent to this data processing.
• We do not share your data with any other third parties except OpenAI, which processes the data solely for form filling purposes.

Analytics and Payments:

• We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. This helps us understand how users interact with our service and improve its functionality.
• When making payments, certain data may be collected by our payment processor according to their privacy policy.
• The analytics data collected includes standard metrics such as page views, extension usage patterns, and general user behavior.

Account Data Management:

• To request complete deletion of all data associated with your account, please contact [email protected].
• Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
• Some data may be retained if required by applicable laws or regulations.
