Fill PDFs with the data already in your other documents.
Upload your source documents and the PDF form you need to fill. AI maps the fields, asks clarifying questions, and shows your sources and the filled PDF side by side. You can add to and edit the result.
Drop almost anything in. Get exactly what you need out.

PDF Goat consolidates messy data from many sources, preserves the original PDF layout, and never auto-guesses when it should ask.
Consolidates many sources A passport plus a CSV plus a Word brigade list — PDF Goat merges them into one consistent set of values, with provenance.
Asks when unsure If two sources disagree, or a value is missing, the AI asks one targeted question instead of silently guessing wrong.
Preserves layout You get the original PDF back with values in the right boxes — same fonts, same paginations. Print-ready.

Brigade rosters, contractor packs, onboarding forms — PDF Goat chews through them in minutes.
Standard contracts and registry forms come back to us as PDFs. Now we fill them from the case file in one go.

You asked. We answered.
Do I need to sign up? Yes — a quick registration in a couple of clicks. No credit card required.
Does it work with scanned PDFs? Yes. PDF Goat OCRs scans, photos, and mixed-language documents before extracting structured data.
Can I fill non-AcroForm (flat) PDFs? Yes, but quality is highest with AcroForm PDFs that have machine-readable fields. For flat PDFs we lay text on top of detected field regions.
What about DOCX forms? DOCX support is in beta. Most templates work, but advanced layouts (multi-column tables, embedded controls) can have rough edges. PDF is currently best.
What languages does it understand? Documents in English, Russian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and more. The AI matches by meaning.
